Project Euclid数据库是由DRAA（高校图书馆数字资源采购联盟）于2011年引进的非营利性电子期刊数据库。由康奈尔大学图书馆和杜克大学出版社（Duke University Press）共同管理的非营利性在线出版物平台，目的是促进数学以及统计学领域的学术交流。除目前的48种（其中34种被2012年JCR收录）付费期刊（DRAA 集团采购）外，Project Euclid数据库平台上还提供部分高品质的Open Access资源：10种期刊、1种会议录论文集以及6个系列约合162种电子图书，这些Open Access资源订购用户和非订购用户均可使用。
